Side) submits that the petitioner, while complying with the condition No.8(v), by reporting before the Inspector of Police, C-1, Flower Bazzar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. for nearly 58 days, has failed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police that he will not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the victim child and his family at any point of time. 3. Since the petitioner has failed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent police, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
