Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been taken on file only in the year 2026 and now it has been committed to the Sessions Court, this Court is not inclined to issue a positive orders for expeditious disposal of the criminal case. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the accused persons are threatening him not to depose as against them in the criminal case. In this regard, the petitioner has also given a representation to the respondent police on 30.12.2025. 4.
