JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 17/04/2026 After arguments were advanced at some length, a mutual consensus was arrived at between the learned counsel for the respective parties. It is submitted that in response to the impugned notices dated 02.04.2026, the petitioner is presently constrained by the

However, it is undertaken that the reply of the said notices on behalf of the petitioner shall be submitted on or before 20.05.2026, and the petitioner will mark his presence in person before the adjudicating authority of the respondents on 20.05.2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel and considering the mutual consensus arrived inter se the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to disposed of the present petition with the categorical directions to the respondents to afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on 25.05.2026 at 11:00 A.M. It is made clear that the petitioner must complete their instructions and no further adjournments shall be sought by or granted to the petitioner on the stipulated date of appearance before the adjudicating authority. In the event of non-compliance or failure to appear, the adjudicating authority shall be at liberty to proceed and decide the matter on a best judgment assessment basis, strictly in accordance with the law. The adjudicating authority is directed to adjudicate and decide the issue involved within a period of 15 days subsequent to the stipulated date of appearance.
It is expected that the competent authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with the law. In terms of above, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed. (SAMEER JAIN),J Pooja/178
