1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant employment to the petitioner on the post of Rojgar Sahayak to the respondent No. 6 village Panchayat or any other village Panchayat, or any other post as the Hon'ble Court is secured the future employment of the petitioner by way of the WPS No. 1084/2018 dated 27.11.2024. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2026 in accordance with law and secure the petitioner appointment on the post of Rojgar Sahayak to the respondent No. 6 village Panchayat or any other post vacate in the said village Panchayat or any other village Panchayat. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to kept the record of WPS No. 1084/2018 alongwith the instant petition for kind disposal of the instant case. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also, kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to repeat the prayer at appropriate stage. 3.
