Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13113 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1074 of 2025 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13896 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1074 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 26 days.
3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 26 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13896 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1074 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
