Issue a writ of Certiorari or a writ of like nature quashing order dated 30.04.2021 passed in OA.No.873/2014 on the file of the DRT-1, Karnataka, Bangalore (Annexure-J) in allowing the application with respect to the petitioner’s schedule property. ii. Call for the records in O.A.No.873/2014 on the file of the DRT-1, Karnataka, Bangalore. iii. Issue a writ of Mandamus in directing the respondent No.6 Sub-Registrar, Basava Kalyana to register the petitioner’s schedule property for change of constitution of firm from proprietorship concern to a partnership concern. iv. Any other appropriate order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding costs of this writ petition, in the interests of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner is the resident of Bidar District and the Banks is also at Bidar District and the industry is situated at Bidar. In that case, the petitioner ought to have approached the High Court Bench at Kalaburagi, but he has come before this Court by filing the instant writ petition.
