Mr. M.C. Pant, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the respondent-UPNL. 4. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 1 of 2026 alone are being considered and discussed. 5. By means of this writ petition (WPSS No. 1 of 2026), petitioner has challenged Government Order dated 25.04.2025 issued by Chief Secretary, Government of Uttarakhand. 6. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the Government Order, as it is causing no prejudice to petitioners. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been serving as outsourced employee since 2016, but their claim for regularisation has not been considered. 8. Having regard to the long services 2026:UHC:127 rendered by petitioners through outsourcing, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make representation(s). If petitioners make representation(s) to Director (Industries) within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter. For a period of three months or till decision is taken, whichever is earlier, no action prejudicial to the interest of petitioners shall be taken. It shall be open to petitioners to make prayer for release of pending dues in the representation.
