This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in respect of Jagiroad P.S. Case No.07/2025. 3. On 02.02.2026, the petitioner Bishnu Prasad Behera was granted interim bail by this Court and pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been co-operating with the police investigation. 4. For the aforesaid reasons, the bail application is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Bishnu Prasad Behera on 02.02.2026 is hereby made absolute.
