Department. He further submitted that O.A.Nos.17 and 78 of 2022, filed before the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, Thanjavur, under Sections 63(b) and 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, are pending consideration and, therefore, until a final determination is made in the said Original Applications, the H.R. & C.E. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the relief sought for in this Writ Petition. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the above liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
