Department, Thanjavur, under Sections 63(b) and 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, are pending consideration and, therefore, until a final determination is made in the said Original Applications, the H.R. & C.E. 2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the relief sought for in this Writ Petition. However, he sought liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition to work out his remedy in connection with the ensuing Aadi festival. 3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the above liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
