Jha, APP …...... 02 /27.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation against this petitioner and Bulai Kisku that they had shot arrow but there is only one injury, that too, is simple. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. After going through the First Information Report (FIR), I find that there is direct allegation against this petitioner and Bulai Kisku of shooting arrow towards the injured and the doctor also found the penetrating wound. 2026:JHHC:5867 2 6. Considering the nature of allegation, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Pakur Town (Malpahari OP) PS Case No. 280 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Pakur stands rejected. 7.
