P.P. has submitted that the charge sheet bearing C.S No.38/2026 dated 30.03.2026 has been submitted in connection with Noonmati Page No.# 2/2 P.S. Case No.41/2026. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the charge sheet has been submitted, there is an apprehension that the petitioner may be arrested. 4. The learned Addl. P.P submitted that there is no question of the investigating authority now arresting the petitioner, since the charge sheet has already been submitted. 5. This anticipatory bail petition is closed by directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court as and when he receives a summons from the same. The submission of the learned Addl.
