Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the de-facto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR. 3. Today, the de-facto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.7 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
