JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 06/03/2026 1. Instant Cr. Misc. Application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of time to appear before the Trial Court in compliance of order dated 28.01.2026 passed by this Court in SB Cr. Misc. Petition No.6767/2025 whereby the petition was disposed of with certain directions. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 28.01.2026, petitioner appeared before the Trial [2026:RJ-JP:9681] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-103/2026] Court on 12.02.2026, but on account of lawyers' abstention, he could not submit his bail bonds before the learned trial court. It is submitted that petitioner is resident of Haryana and due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not comply with the order dated 28.01.2026. It is therefore prayed that one more opportunity may be given to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 28.01.2026. 3. Learned State counsel submits that considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appropriate order may be passed. 4. Considering the submissions advanced at bar, I deem it just and proper to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court in terms of order dated 28.01.2026. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Application is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to appear before learned Trial Court on or before 13.03.2026 in terms of order dated 28.01.2026 passed by this Court in SB Cr. Misc.
