P.P., Assam that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in the connected Juria P.S. Case No.26/2026, vide Charge Sheet No. 30/2026, dated 21.02.2026. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in the said Juria P.S. Case No.26/2026. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioners on 12.02.2026 is extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling them to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
