Though Opp.Party No.4 has filed caveat yet, none appears for him on repeated calls. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3. By order dated 06.2.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.28801/2025, this Court directed as follows: “Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is disposed of directing the S.P., Bhadrak to act upon the requisition placed for police assistance regarding delivery of possession of the case land without any further delay and in any case, not later than two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.” 4. Pursuant to said order, the Tahasildar, Bhadrak has issued notice. It is submitted that demarcation has not yet been conducted. The petitioner apprehends that he will be dispossessed from the case land without considering his contention. 5. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Bhadrak to hear the objection raised by the Petitioner in respect of the case land before passing any final order. The petitioner shall submit his objection before the Tahasildar within seven days from today. The Tahsildar shall grant an opportunity of hearing on the objection so filed to both parties. 6. It is needless to mention that demarcation shall not be conducted till disposal of the objection to be filed by the Petitioner. In case no objection is filed within the period stipulated, it shall be open to the Tahasildar to proceed with the demarcation case. 7.
