GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Navuluru Krishna Sai, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning and Sri V.Ch.Naidu, learned counsel appearing for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the respondents' inaction in releasing the admitted final bills for Rs.61,23,023/- to the petitioner for the construction of new classrooms at ZP High School, Yarragudipalli village, Pullivendula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 4th respondent had entered into an agreement, dated 16.07.2021, with the petitioner's construction company for construction of new classrooms at ZP High School, Yarragudipalli village, Pullivendula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District for an amount of Rs.61,23,023/-. The petitioner had completed the work within the time as specified in the agreement. The respondent authorities have also issued the quality control certificate on 20.01.2024. Till date, the amount of Rs.61,23,023/- has not been paid to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition. 3 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education has placed before the Court a copy of the Written remarks received from the 5th respondent dated 16.04.2026. A perusal of the same would reflect that the gross amount payable is Rs.61,23,023/-, and deductions, the net amount payable to the petitioner is determined as Rs.53,15,512/-. 5. Having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to release the admitted final bill amount of Rs.53,15,512/- to the petitioner, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
