Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent, dated 29.11.2025, alleging misuse of inam lands by respondents 8 to 13. However, the first respondent has been sitting over the representation and no action has been taken so far. 3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the third respondent would consider and pass order on the representation submitted by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the third respondent – Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2025, in accordance with law, and pass a reasoned order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the concerned parties. 5.
