Hariharan, under a registered sale deed bearing Document No. 3730 of 1988. 2. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 06.03.2026 alleging that her original sale deed pertaining to the subject property was lost during her travel to Perambur. Though the petitioner initially lodged the complaint before the fourth respondent, it has since been forwarded to the second respondent. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry into the complaint dated 06.03.2026 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the missing original sale deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
