CMP No.16936 of 2026 in CRP Sr No.23238 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI, J. This petition has been filed seeking leave of this court to file civil revision petition, challenging the award passed in Lok Adalat Case No.947(B), dated 10.12.2021 by the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. 2. The petitioners are third parties to the Lok Adalat Award. The suit in O.S.No.665 of 1989 was originally pending on the file of III Additional Subordinate Judge, and it was taken up before the Lok Adalat. According to the petitioners, they have purchased the suit property and under the guise of Lok Adalat award, the parties to the suit are now attempting to disturb their title and possession. Hence, the petitioners seek leave of this court to challenge the Lok Adalat award, as they are not party to the said Award. 3. Prima facie, this court is satisfied with the reasons assigned and finds that the petitioners have made out sufficient cause. 4.
