Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 24.04.2026 Heard Mr. Darak Ullah, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Also heard Mr. B. Chowdhury, learned Amicus Curiae representing respondent No. 2. It is stated that the petitioner has crossed the statutory period of detention before the charge sheet has been filed, having spend 94 days behind the bars and the investigation is still pending. In view of the above, the petitioners are entitled default bail accordingly. It is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail with a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Nogaon.
