JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER It is the contention of the petitioners that they have filed their respective applications in Form No.53 on 28.12.1998 and 31.12.1999, seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 3 Acres and 10 Guntas, in Block Nos.1, 2 and 3 of Survey No.1 of Honnavalli Village, Palya Hobli, Aluru Taluk, Hassan District and till date the applications have not been considered. 2. On the previous occasion, this Court had directed the learned Additional Government Advocate to secure instructions as to whether the applications filed by the petitioners are still pending consideration. Today, the learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that it is true that the applications filed by the petitioners are still pending consideration. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent-Tahsildar, Aluru - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17240 WP No. 5599 of 2026 Taluk to place the applications of the petitioners before the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Committee shall thereafter consider the applications and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 2 months from the date when which the applications would be placed by the respondent-Tahsildar before the Committee. 4.
