The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306/334(2)/61 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner’s bail application was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.07.2025 passed in B.A. No. 6040/2025. By way of the present bail application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. The petitioner has remained in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 19.03.2025 and the charge against him has already been framed. Under the said circumstance, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 4. Learned A.P.P vehemently opposes the petitioner’s prayer for bail. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.03.2025 and the charge against him has already been framed, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Dhurwa P.S.
