He alleges that because of technical glitches, the petitioner was unable to upload his marks obtained by him in the Post-Graduation level. 3. It has been submitted that if proper qualification of the petitioner is taken into consideration, then the petitioner will get at least two more marks. 4. Prayer has been made to direct the Commission to take into consideration the marks obtained by the petitioner at the Post Graduation level. 5. It appears that the application form was filed by the petitioner on July 8, 2025. The instant writ petition has been filed on December 22, 2025, wherein for the first time, the petitioner has disclosed that due to technical glitches he was unable to upload the Post- Graduation score. 2 6. By the time the writ petition was filed, the recruitment process proceeded to a considerable extent and interview list was also published. The Commission is in the process of publishing the final list of selected candidates. At this stage, the prayer of the petitioner for uploading his Post Graduation qualification cannot be allowed. 7.
