1. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.10.2025 by which appeal filed by the petitioners has been dismissed for want of court fees.
2. The order impugned is a decree and therefore, appealable. The petitioners have remedy of filing a second appeal before this Court or may alternatively move an application for recall of the order impugned before the court below.
3. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
