226622 0055..1100..22002266 Ct. No. 5 adeb W.P.A. 4367 of 2026 Sayandev Kesh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Soumya Kanjilal Mr. Pinaki Ranjan Chakraborty …for the petitioner Mr. Sharanya Chatterjee Mr. Subhajit Barman Ms. Riya Kundu …for the respondent no. 2 1. At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of petitioner on the ground of learned advocate. 2. However, respondent no. 2 is represented by learned advocate. 3. On perusal of writ petition it appears that no complaint was made to the concerned police authorities relating to transfer of leasehold interest in a property, rather representation was made before the Chief Executive Officer, Asansol Durgapur Development Authority on 24th December, 2025. It was alleged in the said representation dated 24th December, 2025 addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Asansol Durgapur Development Authority that by exercising undue influence on father of petitioner, 2 sister of the petitioner took steps for transfer of said leasehold property. 4. If petitioner finds that his right in connection with the property in question is denied by another person in that event petitioner needs to approach appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy. 5. Moreover, in absence of complaint being lodged before the concerned police authorities alleging steps taken by his sister relating to transfer of leasehold interest in the property in question no relief can be granted. 6. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. 7. Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
