No. D2/1651/2022 filed by the respondents Nos. 6 to 12 herein as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and being violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and in contravention to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to dispose of the revision vide Roc. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No. 3 dated 18.03.2026, wherein it is stated that during the course of enquiry, the revisional authority / Joint Collector, Tirupati was transferred and the present Joint Collector has assumed charge as F.A.C. on 14.01.2026 and that the case / revision will be finalized and appropriate orders will be passed under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. 3. In view of the aforesaid written instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to record the written instructions and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the official 3 BSB,J W.P.No.7655 of 2026 respondents to dispose of the pending revision within a time fixed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on both the sides and recording the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to dispose of the pending revision filed by the respondents Nos. 6 to 12 vide Roc. No. D2/1651/2022 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
