In this case the prayer is only to execute the warrant. The Domestic Violence Court has issued a warrant and the same is not executed by the second respondent. 3. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is not in the place, in reply thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is very much available and he is running a fish farm. 4. In view thereof, let the warrant be executed as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. The petitioner shall also render such assistance to locate the residence of the 3rd respondent, if necessary. 5.
