Heard both sides. 3. This Court, by its order dated 05.06.2026, had called for a report from the Tahsildar in respect of the prayer sought for in the present application. I have gone through the report dated 02.07.2026, which has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. 4. A perusal of the report would indicate the Plot No.63 comprised in Old Survey No.175/9, 187/6C and 187/6D1 and the same now correlates to Survey No.175/1A1A1A and Survey No.187/1A1A, comprising of 0.05.39 sq.mtrs and 0.05.57 sq.mtrs. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis COMP.A No. 22 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 5. In such view of the matter, this Court finds no impediment in acceding to the prayer sought for in this application and accordingly, this application stands allowed. 6. As a corollary, the respondent is directed to execute a rectification deed as indicated in the report of the Tahsildar dated 02.07.2026.
