It is submitted by both the parties that the e-auction notice has already been given effect to and the date of opening of bidding is fixed today. In view of the statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the provision of Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI), there is no scope for exercising any jurisdiction in this matter.
