THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT and HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. V. ARAVIND - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:6407-DB WP No. 2996 of 2026 ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) The petitioner-Revenue Inspector is before this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short, 'the Tribunal') rejecting the interim prayer to stay the order of transfer dated 22.01.2026, whereunder the petitioner is transferred from Ilavala Hobli, Mysore District to the post of Special Revenue Inspector, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Kabini Project, Mysore District and fourth respondent is posted in his place. 2. Sri Vishwanatha Bhat A., learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner was posted to the present post on 15.03.2022 and the petitioner is yet to complete his tenure of four years. As the transfer is premature, the Tribunal ought to have stayed the order of transfer as the petitioner has made out prima facie case. 3. Sri D.V. Vijayasimha Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.4-caveator would submit that the petitioner has almost completed his tenure and the same is observed by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:6407-DB WP No. 2996 of 2026 Tribunal. Learned counsel further submits that respondent No.4 has already reported to duty at the transferred place on 23.01.2026. 4. On hearing learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the entire writ petition papers, we are not inclined to interfere with the interim order passed by the Tribunal. The application is pending before the Tribunal and at this stage, if any finding is given on the contentions urged by learned counsel for the parties, nothing would remain for consideration before the Tribunal. 5. It is open for the parties to urge the grounds raised herein before the Tribunal. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending interlocutory applications stand disposed of.
