When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that, upon receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2026 as well as the complaint lodged by the counter-party, the second respondent conducted an enquiry, and both complaints were closed. 3.
