P.S. Case No. 487 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 352, 132, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have looted the ballot box. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has gone to his in-laws’ house. Petitioner has clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90967 of 2025(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 case for grant of anticipatory bail. 7.
