By the said judgment, the suit filed by respondent was decreed and the marriage solemnised between the parties was declared null and void. (3) Today, the matter is listed on withdrawal application (IA/ 4/ 2026). (4) Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that parties have entered into compromise and they have decided to part ways. The terms and conditions of the settlement are enumerated in the compromise deed, which is enclosed as Annexure-1 to the withdrawal application. (5) Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the appeal may be decided in terms of the compromise. (6) For the reasons indicated in the withdrawal application, the same is allowed.
