By means of this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the Government Order dated 25.04.2025 issued by Chief Secretary, Government of Uttarakhand. 5. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the Government Order, as it is causing no prejudice to petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been serving as outsourced employee, but his claim for regularisation has not been considered. 7. Having regard to the long services rendered by the petitioner through outsourcing, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make a fresh representation. If petitioner makes such a representation to Director (Industries) within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter. For a period of three months or till decision is taken, whichever is earlier, no action prejudicial to the interest of petitioner shall be taken.
