JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 22.04.2026 None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. However, Mr. I. Borthakur, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, submits that the petitioner has remained unrepresented on two consecutive dates, i.e., on 07.06.2024 and 08.04.2025. From the record, it reveals that on 27.06.2022, Mr. J. I. Borbhuiya, who earlier represented the petitioner, informed this Court that the petitioner had taken away the brief from him and that no new counsel has been appointed till date. From the above, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the matter. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
