JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent-Government to renew the recognition of the petitioner's School under the provisions of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learner counsel appearing for the parties, the perusal of Annexure-G would indicate that respondent No.4 has recommended for the recognition of the petitioner-School, and the matter is pending consideration before respondent No.3 and the said letter dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure-G) would reflect that the petitioner-School is having the proper strength as per the provisions under the Act and also the new school building is constructed as per the recommendation of the respondent No.5 dated 14.10.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18042 WP No. 8987 of 2026 4. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to approach respondent No 3 within one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and in that event, the respondent No.3 shall take decision in the matter based on the recommendation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure-G) addressed by respondent No.4 and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a. period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
