By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to respondent no. 1/State to provide adequate protection to the petitioner from respondent no.3 to 5 in the interest of justice. 2. Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3. This Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for State/respondent. 4. In the present case, the petitioner is the lawful owner of properties bearing Nos. B-1/409 and B-1/410, JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi. It is stated that respondent nos. 3 to 5 are creating hindrance in peaceful enjoyment of the possession of the petitioner as they are causing physical harm to the petitioner with the sole purpose to take wrongful possession of the properties in question. petitioner had lodged a complaint and had filed a civil suit to protect her properties. 5. This Court notes that the petitioner has inter alia prayed for protection of herself from respondent nos. 3 to 5. The right to life and liberty is a cherished Fundamental Right guaranteed by the Constitution of India and the instant case merits a careful indulgence of this Court in ensuring the same. 6. Keeping in view the sensitivity of the present matter and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to provide her contact number to the concerned SHO and Beat Constable, and the concerned officers are also directed to provide the contact numbers of Beat Constable and SHO concerned to the petitioner, and provide necessary assistance as per law in case the need so arises. 7. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is satisfied with the above arrangement. 8.
It is clarified that this order will not be considered as any reflection on the merit of any dispute, pending between the parties. 9. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 10.
