By filing this writ petition the petitioner seeks removal of a cowshed from one plot of land on the ground of causing nuisance and pollution, and demolition of an alleged unauthorised building on another plot of land. In my view, these two causes of action are completely different and cannot be clubbed in a single writ petition since it affects the determination of this Court. Accordingly, WPA 31124 of 2024 is dismissed for mis-joinder of cause of action. 2 Liberty is given to the petitioner to file separate petitions in accordance with law.
