Memo of Evidence filed in Court be taken on record. 2. nThere are three criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned. Petitioner is an accused in respect of NIA SPL 05/15, under Sections 120B, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 18, 20 UA(P) Act, 1967. 3. The other two police cases are of Kaliachak Police Station being Case No. 850 of 2026 and 1961 of 2024. 4. Given the criminal antecedents and the materials in the case diary, I am of the view that, petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, I am unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2 5. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 6. CRM(A) 3188 of 2026 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
