The present restoration application has been filed against the order dated 03.02.2026, whereby the review petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that, due to reasons beyond his control, the order dated 05.01.2026 could not be complied with. However, he submits that he will now comply with the said order within a period of two weeks. 3. Heard. 4. This Court deems it appropriate to restore the review petition to its original number, subject to the following conditions: [2026:RJ-JP:11452] (2 of 2) [WRES-108/2026] (a) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, within a period of four weeks. (b) Requisites shall be filed within a period of two weeks in the original review petition, as directed in the order dated 05.01.2026. (c) Upon such compliance, the review petition shall stand restored to its original number. (d) In the event of non-compliance, this order shall not come into effect. 5.
