CMP No. 6638 of 2026 By way of present application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed for revival of the execution petition. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 25.04.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, and a copy of order dated 07.04.2026, passed by Dy. Director School Education (Ele.) Shimla, Distt. Shimla-171004, H.P. The same are taken on record. A perusal of order dated 07.04.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been fixed at ₹37,600/- on completion of two years of regular services subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh Thakur & Ors. vs. State of HP & Ors. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, except consequential benefits, which are ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/petitioners within eights weeks from today. It is made clear that in case the consequential benefits in terms of the order dated 07.04.2026 are not released within the stipulated period as directed by this Court, the applicants/petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh application for revival of the execution petition.
