The Executive Engineer, Agartala Division No.III, P.W.D. (R & B), Government of Tripura, Agartala, West Tripura, PIN:799 001 ----Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Prasanta Kr. Pal, Adv. Mr. Abhinandan Pal, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Dipankar Sarma, Addl. G.A. HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE BISWAJIT PALIT Order 16/06/2026 Learned Counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Addl. G.A. appears for the State-respondents. It is informed by Learned Addl. G.A. that by this time the offer of appointment has been issued by the respected department in favour of the petitioner by memo dated 12.06.2026. On the other hand, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, due to six months delay in appointing the petitioner, the petitioner had to suffer some hardships. TRHC010002862026 2026:THC:743 Learned Addl. G.A. submitted that in a case under Die-in- harness Scheme generally the appointment is issued in the months of January/July. So the delay was not inordinate. This Court also agrees with the submission of the Learned Addl. G.A. appearing for the State-respondents and this Court does not find any reason to proceed with this case for further adjudication. Accordingly this writ petition stands disposed of. For further grievances, if any, the petitioner is at liberty to file separate petition. JUDGE Moumita AMRITA DEB Digitally signed by AMRITA DEB Date: 2026.06.17 10:38:33 +05'30'
