Earlier prayers for bail of the petitioner were rejected on merits vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed in B.A. No.9373 of 2024 and vide order dated 18.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.2734 of 2025. The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody in connection with Airport (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.783 of 2024) for the offence(s) registered under Sections 140(2), 140(3), 61(2) of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 / 35 of the Arms Act has renewed his prayer for bail. As per the prosecution case, the matter involves kidnapping for ransom. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he is in custody since 30.08.2024 and one of the co-accused has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has been filed on 25.10.2024 and charges have been framed on 23.04.2025, as such, prayer for bail may be considered. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. I do not find any change of circumstance, as such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, again rejected.
