No. 11813 of 2026. State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner with that of Sk Sajahan who has been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as was imposed upon Sk Sajahan by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
