Hon ’ble Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J.
Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, Advocate, for the respondents.
(2) According to petitioner, he was engaged through outsourcing in Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited as Sub Station Operator in the year 2013 and he served in that capacity till 2023. According to petitioner, after putting in continuous satisfactory service of 10 years, he has earned a right to be considered for regularisation, which has not been considered so far. He submits that competent authority be directed to consider petitioners’ claim for regularisation.
(3)
Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner was disengaged from service on account of some charge, however aspersion cast against the petitioner in the disengagement
order was subsequently removed. He, however, fairly concedes that if petitioner makes representation, the same shall be dealt with as per law.
(4) Writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to competent authority. If he makes representation within one week from today, competent authority will look into the matter and take decision, as per law, within three months thereafter.
