ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“(a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 02.06.2023, 28.08.2023, 15.05.2024, 03.12.2024 is at Annexures-M, M1, M2 and M3 and direct the Respondent No.2 to disburse the pension to the petitioners regularly. (b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 02.06.2023, 15.05.2024 at Annexures – N and N1 and direct the disbursal of the pension to the petitioners regularly. (c) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 18.01.2025 is at Annexure-P and direct the disbursal of the pension to the petitioners regularly. (d) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to pay the arrears of pension from March, 2024 at the rate of Rs.9 percent p.a till realization. (e) Grant such other and further relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned CGC for respondent No.1, learned AGA for respondent No.2 and

perused the material on record. Though notice of this petition is served on respondent No.3, respondent No.3 has not entered appearance and has chosen to remain unrepresented. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations at Annexures – M, M1, M2 and M3 dated 02.06.2023, 28.08.2023, 15.05.2024, 03.12.2024 submitted to respondent No.2; representations at Annexures – N and N1 dated 02.06.2023 and 15.05.2024 submitted to respondent No.3 and representation at Annexure – P dated 18.01.2025 submitted to respondent No.1 have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned CGC for respondent No.1 and learned AGA for respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed

to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations at Annexures – M, M1, M2 and M3 dated 02.06.2023, 28.08.2023, 15.05.2024, 03.12.2024 submitted to respondent No.2; representations at Annexures – N and N1 dated 02.06.2023 and 15.05.2024 submitted to respondent No.3 and representation at Annexure – P dated 18.01.2025 submitted to respondent No.1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
