The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 12314 of 2026 dated 16.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30pm until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the II Additional EC and NDPS Court, Chennai daily at 10.30 am and 5.30pm until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
