By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “I. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to the respondents, to relieve the petitioner and thereby execute the transfer order dated 29.09.2023 i.e. Annexure P-1, qua the petitioner, in a time bound manner. II. That entire record pertaining to instant case may please be summoned and examined, which would help this Hon'ble Court to arrive at just conclusion.” 3. Ordered accordingly. The petitioner is directed to represent afresh for his adjustment at a station of his choice to the Authority concerned within two weeks from today and appropriate call shall be taken thereupon by the Authority, sympathetically, within a period of four weeks as from the receipt of the representation.
