JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer. <Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon9ble Court may be pleased to; a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ order or direction quashing the proceedings of the arbitration proceedings bearing No.ARB/L & T/27/2019/9 on the file of respondent No.3 as per Annexure-A dated 09.07.2019 herein, since the same is not equitable and for want of jurisdiction in the interest of justice. b. Pass such other orders as this Hon9ble Court deem fit to grant in the circumstances - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20769 WP No. 32186 of 2019 of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.= 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the Arbitrator has no jurisdiction to entertain the proceedings. Petitioner submits that the award has already been passed and in that case the petition has become infructuous and the petitioner can assail the award that is already passed by the Arbitrator. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the award that is passed by the Arbitrator. ii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
