Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the entire arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.05.2020 in lump sum with interest @ 6% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization. (ii) The respondents may also be directed to pay entire amount of revised gratuity (DCRG), and revised leave encashment in lump sum to the petitioner alongwith interest @ 6% per annum w.e.f. 01.11.2016 to till the date of its realization.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:14427 matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 18.05.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
